Orla was founded in 640TA after the defeat of the goblin hordes. Orla was famous for its rich farmlands, but most have been lost to Saith raiders from Azoral. Orla has been dwindling in prosperity as Azoral spreads east. Most of the King's money is spent hiring Krondan ships and mercenaries to defend his borders. Following the Saith expansions of 999TA, Orla was completely absorbed by Azoral. Over the next ten years, Orlan partisans aided by the Cambrian Military were able to drive the Saith westwards reclaiming the parts of Orla lost in 999TA and some of the western lands lost centuries before.
