Saganam.

Saganam is the largest of the Black Kingdoms. The country is ruled by a the First Warrior of the Sagani tribe that makes up 90% of the country's population. The First Warrior is simply the best warrior of the tribe. He or she can be challenged at any time by another warrior who feels he can best them. When the First Warrior dies, a contest is held where all-comers can fight for the position.

Saganam has many natural resources within its boundaries. There are rich gold and copper deposits in its northern mountains as well as in the rivers that flow to the sea from them. Saganam also runs the most extensive logging operations in the Basoto jungles, supplying mahogany, teak and ebony to the northern lands.
