Diadwyn and Dymazlyan

Diadwyn and Dymazlyan were twin dragons who ruled over what is now known as the Stonelands and the Wyrmsdown. The Stonelands was once a fertile plateau rising high above the downs. As the two dragons grew, they found that the land was not big enough for the both of them and the two dragons began to fight for the land. Their struggles destroyed the plateau and created the wasteland we know today. Dymazlyan finally killed Diadwyn to gain control of the Stonelands. It was only then that Balor’s weakness came into effect. Neither of the twin dragons could exist without the other. Dymazlyan died two months later. They were the fifth and sixth of the elder dragons to die.
